State Of Joy

"I’m discovering the art of living life from a state of joy,
no matter where I’m standing or what I’m looking at."
Esther (Abraham) Hicks

This sunset greeted me, energized me, as I stepped out of my car. I put all the stuff I was carrying on the asphalt to free my hands to take the shot. The gifts seem to just come if I pay attention.

Produce Joy

"Do anything
but let it produce joy."
~ Walt Whitman

A photo, memory, smile.
Just a moment to be mindful now,
an invitation, the birds songs of spring.
For harmony and hope to come and rest in my heart.
To share and be grateful for all, even the grief which blossoms joy:

Kolo waits for the sunrise with me.
Here she is on this morning,
resting in the light:

Joy

"Let a joy keep you.
Reach out your hands
And take it when it runs by."

Weeks and weeks of rain in Asheville, but this morning, finally, a sunrise. And a surprise bird in flight.

Fullness

So the crescent moon & Venus decided to show up, too.
 Embrace.
 Magnificent.
"You pray in your distress and in your need: would that you might pray also in the fullness of your joy and in your days of abundance."

Enternity's Sunrise

"He who kisses the the joy as it flies.
Lives in Eternity’s sunrise."
~ William Blake
